★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O preço é na média do mercado. No entanto, foram muuuito desorganizados comigo. Marcaram de levar o equipamento em um dia, chegou no outro. Fiz o pagamento via pix, e mesmo assim recebi um boleto por email cobrando novamente. E a cereja do bolo: tentaram entregar o equipamento no endereço errado. O porteiro do prédio, obvio, não recebeu! Ah tive que insistir para que buscassem o equipamento de volta, quando o serviço acabou. Para mim, ficou uma péssima impressão de empresa desorganizada.
The price is on the market average. However, they were soooo disorganized with me. They arranged to take the equipment one day, it arrived the next. I made the payment via pix, and even so I received a boleto by email charging again. And the icing on the cake: they tried to deliver the equipment to the wrong address. The building's doorman, of course, didn't receive it! Ah, I had to insist that they fetch the equipment back when the job was over. For me, it was a bad impression of a disorganized company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, são extremamente invasivos ao exigir até contato de lugares que compramos para saber sobre nossa idoneidade. Se pedem os documentos como cpf, identidade e comprovante de endereço, seriam suficiente para averiguar sobre o cliente. Só faltou me pedirem minha conta do banco e senha.
Obs: único lugar para locação que faz isso.
BAD EXPERIENCE, they are extremely invasive, even requiring contact with places we buy to find out about our suitability. If they ask for documents such as CPF, ID and proof of address, they would be enough to find out about the customer. All I needed to do was ask for my bank account and password.
Note: only place for rent that does this.

Liguei para saber valor e qual o período de tempo eles alugam a moça que me atendeu ficou me perguntando qual maquina eu queria e expliquei que não sei e que estou ligando para ter uma orientação. Ela como uma pessoa que trabalha com isso deveria me dar um orientação do que poderia estar fazendo que tipo de maquina é o melhor para o que preciso não me deu e ainda ficou falando que eu tenho que saber o que quero para estar ligando. E mesmo eu falando que não conheço sobre maquinário ela ficou falando que para ligar tenho que saber o que quero. Eu tenho uma assistência técnica quem conhece de peças e maquinas sou eu não o cliente então como prestadora de serviço tenho que orientar o cliente no processo que ele precisa baseado no que ele me pede.
I didn't like the service. I don't work with construction so I'm a layman about what kind of machine to use. I called to find out the value and for what period of time they rent the girl who answered me kept asking me which machine I wanted and I explained that I don't know and that I'm calling for guidance. She, as a person who works with this, should give me an orientation of what she could be doing, what type of machine is the best for what I need, she didn't give me and still kept saying that I have to know what I want to be calling. And even though I said that I don't know about machinery, she kept saying that to call I have to know what I want. I have a technical assistance who knows about parts and machines, I am not the client, so as a service provider I have to guide the client in the process he needs based on what he asks of me.
