★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOTALMENTE INSATISFEITA, LEVARAM MINHA IMPRESSORA, QUE ESTAVA COM PROBLEMA PARA DIGITALIZAR E FAZER COPIAS, POREM ESTAVA IMPRIMINDO NORMALMENTE, DEMORARAM 5 DIAS PARA ME PASSAR O ORÇAMENTO, COBRARAM UM VALOR TOTALMENTE ABSURDO PELO CONSERTO, FALEI QUE NÃO IRIA CONSERTAR QUE IRIA BUSCAR A IMPRESSORA E LEVAR EM OUTRO LUGAR, QUANDO CHEGUEI EM CASA A IMPRESSORA NEM IMPRIMINDO ESTAVA SEM CONTAR QUE AINDA QUEBRARAM AQUELE NEGOCIO QUE NÃO DEIXA O PAPEL CAIR NO CHÃO (NÃO SEI O NOME)
 TOTALLY DISSATISFIED, TAKEN MY PRINTER, WHICH WAS PROBLEM TO SCAN AND MAKE COPIES, BUT WAS NORMALLY PRINTING, IT TAKEN 5 DAYS TO SPEND ME THE BUDGET, COVERED A FULLY ABSORBED VALUE WHICH WERE NOT GOING TO ME, TAKE ANYWHERE WHEN I ARRIVED HOME THE PRINTER OR PRINT WAS NOT EXPECTING THAT THEY ALSO BROKEN THAT BUSINESS THAT DOES NOT LET THE PAPER FALL ON THE FLOOR (I DON'T KNOW THE NAME)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu notebook com problema na tela e precisando de uma formatação, apenas o serviço de formatação foi feito, pelo menos bem feito, porém segundo eles o técnico não encontrou problema nenhum na tela sendo que era só ligar o notebook para ver isso. Me pareceu que nem abriram somente formaram e deixaram de lado meu notebook e além disso não me ligaram para ir buscar tive que ir lá na loja para saber se estava pronto ou não.
I took my laptop with a problem on the screen and needing a format, only the formatting service was done, at least well done, but according to them the technician did not find any problem on the screen that was just turning on the laptop to see it. It seemed to me that neither opened only formed and set aside my notebook and moreover they did not call me to go get had to go to the store to know if it was ready or not.

Excellent service. I had a problem with a product I bought about 4 or 5 months ago. I took it to the store and they tested it, they didn't even ask what happened, they just gave me a new one. I recommend it for sure.

Fui cobrado por um serviço que não me passaram o orçamento.
De acordo com eles, o serviço era parte do processo de verificação doa componentes. Ou seja, eles abrem seu pc, limpam ele e depois te ligam falando que tinha que ser feito assim.
I don't recommend this place at all.
I was charged for a service that I was not budgeted for.
According to them, the service was part of the component verification process. That is, they open your pc, clean it and then call you saying that it had to be done like this.
