★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As aulas teoricas são muito boas e dinamicas, tem um otimo aproveitamente mas estou a três semanas sendo enrolado pela diretora na questao do simulador, não optem pelo simulador, nao consegui dar continuidade no meu processo ate agora, wstou preso sem conseguir dar inicio nas aulas praticas e a diretora não da nem o minimo de suporte.
The theoretical classes are very good and dynamic, there is great use but I'm three weeks away being involved in the simulator by the principal, do not choose the simulator, I have not been able to continue my process so far, I was stuck without being able to start classes practices and the director does not even give the slightest support.

Fiquei quase 20 dias sendo enrolada pelo CFC em relação ao agendamento da minha prova.
No dia 29/10/21 emiti meu certificado de conclusão do curso de reciclagem. Porém, o CFC A Cidetran de Caraguatatuba só agendou minha prova no dia 18/11/21, alegando que o sistema do DETRAN estava fora do ar. Verifiquei com uma pessoa de dentro do DETRAN, que me garantiu que essa informação não é verdadeira.
Além de mentir para os condutores, o contato com eles é quase impossível, pois dificilmente atendem qualquer um dos 4 telefones disponíveis na fachada e, com frequência, ignoram mensagens de WhatsApp.
Além de serem péssimos na organização, pois fiz minha prova no dia 19/11/21 e, ontem, dia 24/11/21 recebi uma mensagem de WhatsApp do CFC A Cidetran perguntando qual o melhor dia na semana que vem para fazer minha prova
A nota deles de agendamento e atendimento deveria ser 0 para que nenhum condutor cometa mais o erro de contratar o péssimo serviço deste CFC.
Worst CFC service I've ever experienced.
I spent almost 20 days being involved by the CFC in relation to scheduling my race.
On 10/29/21 I issued my certificate of completion of the refresher course. However, the CFC A Cidetran de Caraguatatuba only scheduled my test on 11/18/21, alleging that the DETRAN system was down. I checked with a person inside DETRAN, who assured me that this information is not true.
In addition to lying to drivers, contacting them is almost impossible, as they hardly answer any of the 4 phones available on the front and often ignore WhatsApp messages.
In addition to being terrible at the organization, as I took my test on 11/19/21 and yesterday, 11/24/21 I received a WhatsApp message from CFC A Cidetran asking what is the best day next week to take my test
Their schedule and service score should be 0 so that no driver makes the mistake of hiring this CFC's bad service anymore.
