★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar muito para chegar no ruim .... ambiente bagunçado atendente com cara de zangada, e trata com desprezo, especialidades que geram duvidas, nem tente o telefone eles não atendem ! Pessoalmente talvez consiga! Boa sorte! Fazem cobrança de protocolos fora do convênio tipo atestados etc...
Needs to improve a lot to get to the bad ... messy environment attendant with an angry face, and treats with contempt, specialties that generate doubts, don't even try the phone they don't answer! Personally maybe I can! Good luck! They charge for protocols outside the agreement, such as certificates etc...

Por 2 vezes marcam as 16h minha consulta e exame, e so fui atendida as 17:30.
Very slow service, they make appointments and do not keep to the appointment.
Twice they schedule my appointment and exam at 16:00, and I was only seen at 17:30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É a segunda vez que estou aqui, trouxe meu filho e ficamos 2 horas esperando para ser atendido em consulta. Hoje estou aqui com a consulta marcada com ortopedista para as 9hs, pediram para eu chegar 15min antes eu cheguei e estou aqui já são 10:15hs e nada de chamar, absurdo meu Deus!!!!
It's the second time I've been here, I brought my son and we spent 2 hours waiting to be seen for an appointment. Today I'm here with an appointment with an orthopedist for 9 am, they asked me to arrive 15 minutes before I arrived and I'm already here at 10:15 am and no calling, absurd my God!!!!

Tumulto e mal atendimento na Recepção, sem contar com o ambiente abafado e desconfortável. Em se tratando de Clínica Particular há muito o que melhorar. Só voltei em consideração à médica que me atendeu.
I was unable to schedule an appointment over the phone several times. I had to go in person to schedule appointments. Turmoil and bad service at the reception, not to mention the stuffy and uncomfortable environment. In terms of Private Practice, there is much to improve. I only returned in consideration of the doctor who treated me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom estive no atendimento no pronto socorro para passar meu marido que não estava nada bem, ele estava com muita falta de ar. A tal Doutora Leonor o atendeu pediu um rx de tórax, e olha o diagnóstico que ela deu a ele, disse que ele estava com bronquite alérgica. Receitou antibiótico para ele , no qual só piorou o quadro dele, ou seja joguei o dinheiro na lata do lixo. No mesmo dia passado umas três horas da consulta com esse ser que diz ser médica, levei ele na santa casa, chegando lá, o médico atencioso pediu vários exames, o colocou no oxigênio, pediu uma tomografia, o resultado da tomografia foi água no pulmão e pneumonia, resultado de td isso, meu marido ficou internado, onde já iniciou a fazer hemodiálise. Resumindo se dependesse dessa Doutora, o meu marido teria morrido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felizmente tive a oportunidade de conhecer e me tornar pacientes da médica ginecologista/obstetra Cinthia Burihan e sentir que minha família foi acolhida e respeitada! Sempre saímos das consultas com sentimento imenso de troca, com clareza de todas as etapas da gestação, o que se transformou em admiração e conversas francas, esse é o único motivo pelo qual classifique a clínica com 5 estrelas.
Durante minha gestação tive péssimas experiências aqui no litoral, inclusive atendimento mediano com o Dr. Edmur, que atende no mesmo local. Passar com a Dra. Cinthia tornou meu pré-natal especial! Um momento único em nossas Vidas ao qual nos preparamos muito para acontecer.
Falando em estrutura, a clínica, precisa mesmo melhorar em muitos aspectos, desde os contatos telefônicos, equipamentos até o cumprimento dos horários agendados... sempre encontramos dificuldades nesses pontos. Outro ponto muito importante, é a quantidade de pessoas na sala de espera, sempre muito cheia, especialmente nesse momento de pandemia.

Fortunately, I had the opportunity to meet and become patients of the gynecologist/obstetrician Cinthia Burihan and feel that my family was welcomed and respected! We always leave consultations with an immense feeling of exchange, with clarity of all stages of pregnancy, which turned into admiration and frank conversations, this is the only reason why I rate the clinic with 5 stars.
During my pregnancy I had bad experiences here on the coast, including average care with Dr. Edmur, who works at the same place. Spending with Dr. Cinthia made my prenatal special! A unique moment in our lives for which we are very prepared to happen.
Speaking of structure, the clinic really needs to improve in many aspects, from telephone contacts, equipment to meeting scheduled times... we always find difficulties in these points. Another very important point is the amount of people in the waiting room, always very full, especially in this moment of a pandemic.
