Mestre Alexsandro Boneco juntamente com toda sua equipe,são extremamente capacitados para a orientação da prática das modalidades de artes marciais lá aplicadas, que são,Muay Thai, Kickboxing e Jiu-jitsu,o CT passou recentemente pôr melhorias com a aquisição de novos acessórios e aparelhamentos de treinamento,o que tornou mais prazeroso à prática das atividades!
I joined in a training group of Muay Thai CT Boneco Team, with the goal of losing weight and after three months of training and reeducation, managed to eliminate 11 pounds, I am very happy with the result and do not want to leave there anytime soon.
