★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desmarcou meu horário e não teve o mínimo de respeito em avisar, cheguei no horário agendado e o salão lotado, disse que eu teria que esperar mais de 1h30 no mínimo ou voltar no dia seguinte. Falta de respeito total com o cliente! Estava cogitando fazer um procedimento caro no local, sinceramente não volto nunca mais. Pago o dobro em outro salão, mas não volto neste!
He canceled my time and didn't have the slightest respect to let me know, I arrived at the scheduled time and the hall was full, he said that I would have to wait more than 1:30 am at least or come back the next day. Total lack of respect for the customer! I was considering doing an expensive procedure on the spot, honestly I'm never coming back. I pay double in another salon, but I won't come back in this one!
