It was not good !! I have always been a client, I spent some time without renting and today I felt like a burglar, not because of the rules that I believe are fair but because of the treatment of the person in charge of the service.

Você liga para falar com o gerente e se surpreende com um péssimo gerente arrogante, mal educado, desrespeitoso com o cliente nunca passei tanta raiva.. não indico para ninguém ....
Poor service they deliver fast but when it comes to picking up they say they've been there several times and never managed to deliver. You call to speak to the manager and you are surprised by a lousy, arrogant, rude, disrespectful manager with the client. I have never been so angry ... I do not recommend it to anyone ....

Perderam um cliente.
