★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e mais duas amigas passamos 10 minutos na mesa, e não fomos atendidas, sendo que havia duas pessoas ao lado, o funcionário se dirigiu às mesmas, atendeu-as retornou e não fomos atendidas. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo.
Two friends and I spent 10 minutes at the table, and we were not served, as there were two people beside us, the employee went to them, answered them, returned and we were not served. Bad experience. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na Cacau Show, comprei um kit com um ovo de chocolate e acompanhava uma pantufa, ocorre que só chegar em casa verifiquei que a referida pantufa não servia no tamanho para minha filha. De posse da nota fui até a loja trocar, no entanto, ouvi da atendente que não era possível a troca. Questionei e, então fui colocado no aparelho celular para falar com a Supervisora e ouvi a mesma coisa. Era política da empresa não trocar nada. Uma política de uma empresa deve respeito aos seus clientes e não pode sobrepor-se aos direitos do consumidor. Vou procurar reparação através de uma ação jurídica.
Lembrando que a referida loja foi a unidade do Shopping Cariri Garden em Juazeiro.
I was at the Cacau Show, I bought a kit with a chocolate egg and it accompanied a slipper, it turns out that just getting home I found that the slipper did not fit in the size for my daughter. With the bill in hand, I went to the store to change, however, I heard from the clerk that the exchange was not possible. I asked, and then I was put on the cell phone to speak to the Supervisor and heard the same thing. It was company policy not to change anything. A company policy must respect its customers and must not override consumer rights. I will seek redress through legal action.
Recalling that said store was the unit of Shopping Cariri Garden in Juazeiro.
