Great perfumes and great service from the girls showing news, trends but without disparaging those who already have their favorite perfume, in the end their scent is their business card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo o atendimento desta loja O Boticário, segunda vez que frenquentei e fui mal atendido. As vendedoras olham a gente da cabeça aos pés e devem julgar se podemos comprar ou não. Começam a atender e logo abandonam o atendimento para atender alguém que entra depois, mas que julgam ser melhores para consumir na loja. O cliente pode entrar na loja para comprar apenas um produto barato ou a loja inteira, mas precisa ser atendido igualmente. Ridículo esse tipo de comportamento ou direcionamento da loja. Nada a ver com o marketing da marca. Não recomendo essa loja para ninguém!
Terrible service at this O Boticário store, the second time I attended and received poor service. Sellers look us up and down and must judge whether we can buy or not. They start serving and soon abandon the service to meet someone who comes in later, but who they think are better to consume in the store. The customer can enter the store to buy just one cheap product or the entire store, but they need to be served equally. This kind of behavior or direction of the store is ridiculous. Nothing to do with brand marketing. I don't recommend this store to anyone!

Horrible service.. in fact I wasn't even attended, wait and no one came to me, I was all excited to buy the mother's day kit and I was really disappointed ? they answer by guy !!
