Mas o produto é bom. Já passei no local muitas vezes (... inclusive ás vésperas do Natal) e senti que os responsáveis/atendentes agem com profissionalismo.
No mínimo vale uma visita.
Difficult to evaluate location where they adopt standard behavior.
But the product is good. I have been to the place many times (... even on Christmas Eve) and I felt that the managers / attendants act with professionalism.
At least it's worth a visit.

It is inside only Shopping Norte Sul on the second floor. The service is great. Lots of products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra mim já pode colocar auto-atendimento porque essas atendentes do shopping norte-sul estando lá ou não é a mesma coisa... Não sai nem de trás do balcão pra dar suporte... Tinha até outra pessoa reclamando que nunca é bem atendida no local e com razão, atendimento nota 0!
For me, you can use self-service because these attendants at the north-south mall are there or not it's the same thing... She doesn't even go out from behind the counter to give support... There was even another person complaining that she is never well attended on site and with good reason, service grade 0!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bacana o novo quiosque da Cacau Show, no Shopping Norte Sul (Jardim Camburi).
O quiosque, além de muito bonito, oferece todos os serviços de sobremesas da Cacau Show, como: waffle belga, pedaços de panettones (quando disponível), petit gateau, gellatos, fondue de frutas com chocolates ao leite e branco, cafeteria com os mais diversos produtos. Tudo isto pode ser acompanhado de sorvete, chocolate derretido, marsmallow, adicional de frutas, etc.
Muito bacana.
Vale a pena conferir.
The new Cocoa Show kiosk is very cool at Shopping Norte Sul (Jardim Camburi).
The kiosk, besides being very beautiful, offers all the services of Cocoa Show desserts, such as: Belgian waffle, pieces of panettone (when available), petit gateau, gellatos, fruit fondue with milk and white chocolates, cafeteria with the most several products. This can all be accompanied by ice cream, melted chocolate, marsmallow, fruit add-ons, etc.
Very nice.
It is worth checking.
