★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Atendente do caixa de franja muito mal educada. Acredito que os donos da loja deveriam rever suas funcionárias e contratar quem realmente quer e precisa do emprego, ainda mais em um momento como esse que estamos passando. Infelizmente a avaliação não é permitida ser postada com 0 estrelas, então tive que dar uma estrela sem a loja merecer.
 Terrible attendance. Clerk of the fringe box very rude. I believe that store owners should review their employees and hire those who really want and need the job, especially at a time like the one we are going through. Unfortunately the rating is not allowed to be posted with 0 stars, so I had to give it a star without the store deserving it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cacau show com pior atendimento que já fui, isso porque já fui lá várias vezes, e tende a piorar, incrível. As atendentes super antipáticas, parece que estão fazendo favor pra vc, não te recepcionam e são super arrogantes, viram até o olho quando perguntamos algo. Péssimo, péssimo, tanta gente desempregada e essas desperdiçando vaga. Não volto jamais! Não recomendo.
The cocoa show with the worst attendance I've ever been to, that's because I've been there several times, and it tends to get worse, incredible. The super obnoxious attendants, it seems like they're doing you a favor, they don't welcome you and are super arrogant, they even roll their eyes when we ask something. Terrible, terrible, so many unemployed people and those wasting their vacancies. I will never come back! I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha de todas as redes da loja essa foi a pior de todas pessoal, foi hoje 22_02_2022 .... o atendimento é péssimo péssimo passei lá hoje para compra um presente para um pessoal e foi atendido pelo homem já de uns quarenta anos não sei o nome pois não tinha identificação de crachá muito mal educado .. até na hora de passar os produtos foi ele que registrou .... Não sabia de nenhum coisa não tinha cuidado com os chocolate jogou de qualquer jeito foi tanto que muitas trufas ficaram amacadas... péssimo Não recomendo sabe un atendimento grosseiro como se não quisesse min atender .como se eu tivesse atrapalhando alguma coisa no momento.
Look at all the chains in the store this was the worst of all people, it was today 22_02_2022 .... the service is terrible, I went there today to buy a gift for a staff and it was attended by a man in his forties I don't know what name because he didn't have a badge identification very rude .. even when it was time to pass the products he was the one who registered .... He didn't know anything he wasn't careful with the chocolate he threw it anyway it was so much that many truffles were crushed. .. terrible I don't recommend you know a rude service as if he didn't want to answer me . as if I was disturbing something at the moment.

Havia uma senhora que queria se cadastrar na Cacallovers, eu fiz o cadastro dela já que o atendente não ajuda... Faltou um pouco de empatia... Vamos ver as próximas visitas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nunca vi tanta má vontade, ao entrar na loja já ficaram me olhando desconfiados ao invés de me atender, ao fazer uma simplesmente pergunta sobre embalagens pra levar o moço que estava no caixa foi bem grosseiro, e pra finalizar nem perguntaram se eu ia levar separado as trufas etc jogaram tudo no saquinho...enfim foi bem ruim não indicaria!
Terrible service, I've never seen such unwillingness, when I entered the store they were already looking at me suspiciously instead of answering me, when I simply asked a question about packaging to take the young man at the checkout counter, and to finish they didn't even ask if I I was going to take the truffles etc. they threw everything in the bag...it was really bad, I wouldn't indicate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei algumas vezes nessa loja, mas o atendimento é péssimo. Eu amo o chocolate da Cacau Show, mas essa loja não frequento mais. As funcionárias ficam batendo papo, nos respondem de cara feia e não prestam atenção no que fazem. Eu comprei um produto com desconto, porém o mesmo não foi efetivado, mas só percebi quando fiz as contas em casa.
I bought it a few times at this store, but the service is terrible. I love Cocoa Show's chocolate, but I don't go to this store anymore. The employees are chatting, reply to us with a frown and do not pay attention to what they do. I bought a product at a discount, but it was not effective, but I only realized it when I did the math at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Entendo que estava corrido pelo motivo de ser semana de Páscoa. Mas você perguntar algo e a pessoa simplesmente dizer não sei e sair andando é triste demais.
Não teve o mínimo interesse em ajudar.
Fui à outra unidade e, graças a Deus, atendimento totalmente diferente.
Terrible service. I understand it was busy because it was Easter week. But you ask something and the person just says I don't know and walks away is just too sad.
He had no interest in helping.
I went to the other unit and, thank God, a totally different service.
