★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz compras na mesma noite na loja cacau show no Galleria Shopping, 18/12/2019, as duas compras passando o valor de R$ 150,00 cada uma. Ao fazer a segunda compra perguntei para a atendente se era possível fazer o parcelamento, a mesma me respondeu de maneira grosseira que não é possível. Olhei ao lado do caixa e tinha uma placa escrita '' compras acima de R$ 150,00 Parcelamos em 3x) falei para atendente ''Moça olha aqui a placa, quero dividir o valor'' ela me respondeu '' - Essa placa tá errada ( alterando o volume de voz comigo ) isso aqui ( a placa ) não era pra estar aqui. Foi quando ela tirou a placa puxando, do local em que ela estava, e levou para dentro do estabelecimento. Lamento aos demais clientes que com certeza foram prejudicamos posteriormente, por não terem a possibilidade de fazer o pagamento parcelado e também lamento esse atendimento grosseiro e chulo oferecido por uma loja tão renomada.
I made purchases the same night at the cocoa show store at Galleria Shopping, 12/18/2019, both purchases passing the value of $ 150.00 each. When making the second purchase I asked the clerk if it was possible to make the installment, she answered me rudely that is not possible. I looked next to the cashier and had a sign written '' Purchases over R $ 150.00 We parceled in 3x) I said to attendant '' Girl look here the sign, I want to share the value '' she answered me '' wrong (by changing the volume of voice with me) this here (the board) was not to be here. That's when she took the plate pulling the place where she was, and brought into the establishment. I regret to other customers who were harmed for sure later, for not having the possibility to make the payment in installments and also regret this rude service and pimp offered by such a renowned store.

I was there on 04/29/22, I bought an egg on sale, 6 cherry chocolates and a passion fruit pie bar, in the afternoon two inexperienced attendants and on top of that they left the cherry chocolates underneath everything. Conclusion they all came smashed and with the liquor leaking ?
