Alterando os preços do orçamento.
O valor de venda foi alterado na hora de pagar.
O atendente mentiu os preços e queria cobrar mais caro.
O valor somatório dos produtos estava no calculador do vendedor e não soube dizer o que é. Mas continuava falando besteiras dizendo que a alça da cesta é melhor etc. que não bate com nada nos valores!
E escolhi o produto (uma cesta com produtos) e na hora de pagar disse que foi vendido para outra pessoa.
Acredito que tinha acontecido algum erro nos valores e atendimento. E podem ser corrigido várias formas.
Porém, que me deixou indignado é atitude de vendedor, do gerente e do dono. Não admitiram que os valores apresentado e cobrado até o fim indicando quem tá errado é o cliente. E nem pediu desculpa porque foi vendido para outra pessoa por erro
Acabei comprando na outra loja que fica dentro do Carrefour que atendeu muito bem.
Atende com atenção mas a intenção é ganhar não atender de verdade o cliente a final de contas.
Não recomendo este tipos pessoas e nem mentalidade que não ajuda a sociedade e estraga o relacionamento social.
It was a bad experience!
Changing budget prices.
The sale price was changed at the time of payment.
The attendant lied the prices and wanted to charge more.
The sum of the products was in the seller's calculator and he was unable to say what it was. But he kept talking nonsense saying that the basket handle is better etc. that doesn't match with anything in the values!
And I chose the product (a basket with products) and when I paid, I said it was sold to someone else.
I believe that there had been an error in the values and service. And it can be fixed several ways.
However, what made me indignant is the attitude of the salesperson, the manager and the owner. They did not admit that the amounts presented and charged to the end indicate who the customer is wrong. And he didn't even apologize because he was sold to someone else by mistake.
I ended up buying at the other store inside Carrefour which served very well.
Serve with attention but the intention is to win not really serving the customer after all.
I do not recommend these types of people or mentality that does not help society and spoils social relationships.
