Eu fiz uma compra no valor de 54,90, no dia 06/04/19 às 20:48, a atendente do caixa reiniciou o caixa assim que eu digitei a senha do cartão de crédito, em seguida disse que o sistema não efetuou a pagamento e me cobrou novamente o valor porém numa outra maquineta de cartão. Imediatamente fui ao caixa eletrônico e tirei um demonstrativo de operação onde comprovou que o débito duas vezes seguidas do mesmo valor. Agora o procedimento da operadora de caixa deveria estornar o valor cobrado da segunda vez, mas não foi o que ela fez. Ela tirou uma foto do meu extrato anotou meu celular dizendo que a Cielo extornaria o valor em 48 horas. Hoje, liguei na loja pois o estorno não ocorreu. Nada foi resolvido, me disse novamente em 48 horas....
My experience at this store is being awful. I made a purchase in the amount of 54.90, on 04/04/19 at 20:48, the cashier restarted the cashier as soon as I entered the credit card password, then said that the system did not effect the payment and charged me again the amount in another card machine. Immediately I went to the ATM and took out a statement of operation where I proved that the debit twice followed by the same amount. Now the cashier procedure should reverse the amount charged the second time, but it was not what she did. She took a photo of my extract wrote down my cell phone saying that Cielo would extort the value in 48 hours. Today, I called the store because the chargeback did not occur. Nothing was resolved, told me again in 48 hours ....
