E esse foi só 1 dos 6 ovos que comprei.
O mínimo que vocês podiam fazer era admitir o erro e fazer a troca.
Esclarecendo mais uma vez, eu não me arrependi da compra SUA FUNCIONÁRIA colocou o tamanho errado da Pantufa na sacola. Entendeu???
E eu queria trocar por outro Ovo, já que o erro foi SEU.
Terrible service, I bought the Slipper Egg, the employee gave the wrong size, didn't want to change it and even blamed me, because I got it wrong.
And that was just 1 of the 6 eggs I bought.
The least you could do was admit your mistake and make the switch.
To clarify once again, I did not regret the purchase. YOUR EMPLOYEE put the wrong size slipper in the bag. He understood???
And I wanted to exchange it for another Egg, since it was YOUR mistake.
