★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sexta a noite fomos comer uma sobremesa lá. Escolhemos o Dome Volcano, não tinha. Pedi então o Brownie com gelato, fui informada que tinham, mas que não tinham o chantilly. Perguntei se poderia por mais sorvete para compensar a falta de um ingrediente, a mesma pessoa me respondeu que não poderia fazer isso pois sairia do padrão e ela poderia fazer fora do padrão. Ou seja, podem vender pelo preço integral um produto incompleto, mas não podem substituir o intem faltante por outro elemento.
No fim sai chateade e sem comprar nada.
 Friday night we went for dessert there. We chose the Dome Volcano, it didn't have it. So I asked for the Brownie with gelato, I was told they had it, but they didn't have the whipped cream. I asked if I could add more ice cream to make up for the lack of an ingredient, the same person replied that she couldn't do that because it would go out of the norm and she could do it outside the norm. That is, they can sell an incomplete product at full price, but they cannot replace the missing item with another element.
In the end, he leaves bored and without buying anything.

Pessoas simpáticas, sorridentes fui super bem atendido, a recepção na cafeteria da loja foi excepcional, meu pedido veio certinho e a moça me atendeu super bem e ainda levou o meu pedido na mesa. Recomendo muito, para quem busca um lugar tranquilo, irei mais vezes com certeza.

The store is simply beautiful, the service wonderful. Friendly, smiling people I was super well attended, the reception at the store's cafeteria was exceptional, my order came right and the girl served me very well and even took my order to the table. I highly recommend it, for those looking for a quiet place, I will definitely go more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bonita porém limitada, na semana antes do Natal já não tinha mais variedade e nem reposição de chocolates, apenas panetones e chocotones…muita estrutura para pouca demanda e organização, não curti!
Beautiful store but limited, the week before Christmas there was no longer any variety or replacement of chocolates, only Panettone and chocotone…a lot of structure for little demand and organization, I didn't like it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sexta-feira a noite fui a loja, e o atendimento por sua vez foi ruim. Tentei tirar algumas dúvidas com relação a alguns produtos da cafeteria e a funcionária que estava lá parecia que não queria trabalhar, me atendeu mal, de cara feia e mal respondeu minhas perguntas, além de autoritária achei muito mal educada para uma pessoa que trabalha com o público. Saí insatisfeita e acabei não consumindo nada no local, foi uma situação bem desconfortável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem na mega loja da cacau show no shopping metropole e pedi um capuccino bendito cacao e paguei 12,50 reais. E pasmem: recebi uma xicara de expresso com espuma de leite e um tablete de chocolate bendito cacao. Sera que redefiniram a receita de capuccino e eu que nao estou sabendo? Decepcionada.
I went yesterday to the mega store of cocoa show at shopping metropole and ordered a cappuccino blessed cacao and paid 12.50 reais. And amazed: I received a cup of espresso with milk foam and a tablet of blessed cacao chocolate. Maybe they redefined the cappuccino recipe and I don't know? Disappointed.
