É embaraçoso! Não quero ficar dando meus dados p/ ninguém. É meu direito. Produtos bons, mas atendimento péssimo.
Unfortunately there's a lady in the store who doesn't know how to answer. I'm outraged at having to give my cpf to be able to buy just one bonbon. They need to stop asking for our cpf. It's embarrassing! I don't want to be giving my data to anyone. It's my right. Good products, but terrible service.

Sempre tem produtos faltando nas prateleiras e principalmente, o Monte Belo no sabor coco sempre está em falta.
Os outros sabores tem várias unidades e é como se eles quisessem nos empurrar (esse é o termo) o produto que eles querem.
Unfortunately this store doesn't have standards, and I'm not even a regular customer and I realized that.
There are always products missing from the shelves and especially, Monte Belo in coconut flavor is always in short supply.
The other flavors have several units and it's like they want to push us (that's the term) the product they want.

Sempre compro Fondue na cacau show de Campinas do shopping dom Pedro, e não é deste padrão pífio, até assustei visto que saiu demasiado do padrão da cacau show, creio que seja coisa do franqueado que não preza pela qualidade e com isso está manchando a imagem da cacau show. Fora que está estampado num cartaz a promoção do Montebelo 2 por R$16,90 e como vocês estão vendo na nota, paguei R$21,00... ao questionar a atendente foi dito que era somente para cliente “cacau lovers “ sendo que não tinha nenhum aviso disso no cartaz dessa promoção e nem a atendente me informou no momento da compra, ou seja, baixa qualidade de atendimento e produtos fora do padrão.
