Very beautiful and with a magnet, a good variety of chocolates but disorganized, we were left standing, we were not served or even asked if we wanted something, finally they put a family in front of us and we left without service!

A decoração é chamativa, e a localização é de fato privilegiada.
Contudo, ao adentrar o estabelecimento não consegui ser atendido por nenhum funcionário, apesar de ter solicitado informações a respeito dos produtos e dos serviços, sendo sucessivamente ignorado tanto pelo possível gerente/dono, quanto pela funcionária que se encontrava no balcão.
I went to see the novelty installed on the outskirts of Praça Ana Lúcia.
The decor is striking, and the location is indeed privileged.
However, when I entered the establishment, I was not able to be attended by any employee, despite having requested information about the products and services, being successively ignored by both the possible manager/owner and the employee who was at the counter.
