★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não fui atendida no período em que estive na loja em plena época de páscoa. Ao me direcionar para o caixa a atendente que estava lá não me cumprimentou e já pediu meu CPF de cadastro. Finalizada a compra ela ergueu a sacola pra eu pegar e continuou a conversar com a outra atendente que estava no outro caixa, não houve nenhum tipo de despedida e agradecimento. Volto a dizer, em pleno período de Páscoa!
I was not attended to when I was in the store at the height of Easter. When directing me to the cashier, the attendant who was there did not greet me and asked for my registration number. Finished the purchase she lifted the bag for me to take and continued to talk to the other attendant who was at the other cashier, there was no kind of farewell and thanks. I say it again, in the middle of Easter period!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 4/4/2022 fui com meu marido comprar ovo para meu neto por volta das 13h e fui super mal atendida pela moça que estava no caixa. Ela estava com cara de cansada ou melhor de preguiça. Já sou cadastrada e qdo falei ela falou você não tem cadastro, fiquei surpresa porque na semana anterior já havia feito compra lá, daí eu perguntei o cadastro pode espirar? Ela me respondeu meio impaciente que nao, enfim fiquei sem entender e falei p meu marido agora faça no seu cpf.
Quando colocou o presente na sacola pedi 2 vezes para ela fechar com o adesivo e novamente veio o pouco caso( preguiça mesmo), daí ela me falou a senhora está sendo mal educada comigo e eu a respondi: porque você está com preguiça!
Um absurdo acontecer isso numa loja tão boa e tão bem conceituada.
Sai e fui embora com o presente e nem ao menos ela pediu desculpa a mim que sou cliente.
Precisa saber trabalhar com mais vontade, ânimo e prazer por o que faz já que depende disso …..

Today, 4/4/2022, I went with my husband to buy an egg for my grandson around 1 pm and I was super poorly attended by the girl who was at the cashier. She looked tired or rather lazy. I'm already registered and when I said it she said you don't have a registration, I was surprised because the week before I had already made a purchase there, so I asked can the registration expire? She answered me a little impatiently, no, anyway, I didn't understand and told my husband, now do it in your cpf.
When she put the gift in the bag, I asked her twice to close it with the sticker and again the little case came (really laziness), then she told me the lady is being rude to me and I replied: because you're lazy!
Such an absurd thing to happen in such a good and reputable store.
I left and left with the gift and not even she apologized to me as a customer.
You need to know how to work with more will, enthusiasm and pleasure for what you do since it depends on it…..
