A caixa foi entregue muito bem embalada, muito mesmo! Comprei na sexta, de manhã e entregaram na segunda-feira... via Total Express... ganharam um cliente, sem dúvidas.  Sensational! I called requesting delivery priority, because of an event, and once they approved the payment they already shipped my order. The box was delivered very well packed, very much! Bought on Friday morning and delivered on Monday ... via Total Express ... won a customer, no doubt. Thanks National Cachaçaria team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma Compra na segunda-feira dia 27, via cartão de crédito e chamei atendimento via Whatsap para tirar alguma dúvidas, ninguém me respondeu. No outro dia... dia 28/04 ontem... recebi um email dizendo que meu pedido foi cancelado sem nenhum motivo qualquer. Então tentei novamente contato pelo whatsap e por telefone e ninguém atende e ninguém responde.
Fiquei muito chateado pois queria comprar a cachaça Cabaré para assistir a live do Cabaré na sexta dia 01/05.
I made a purchase on Monday the 27th, via credit card and called customer service via Whatsap to answer any questions, nobody answered me. The other day ... 28/04 yesterday ... I received an email saying that my order was canceled for no reason whatsoever. So I tried contacting again by whatsap and by phone and nobody answers and nobody answers.
I was very upset because I wanted to buy the Cabaré cachaça to watch the Cabaré live on Friday, 01/05.

Participei do clube CN durante um bom tempo, sai porque a minha mulher disse que não estava cabendo mais cachaça em casa. Sabe como é, elas mandam. Recomendo a visitação na loja física em BH para experimentar os rótulos de interesse. Contínuo comprando, mas entro em casa com as garrafas escondidas para a mulher não reclamar. Infalível!
Great place to buy quality rum! They have a large portfolio and great service. I attended the CN club for a long time, I left because my wife said there was no more cachaça at home. You know, they do. I recommend visiting the physical store in BH to try the labels of interest. I keep buying, but I go home with the bottles hidden so the woman won't complain. Infallible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei, porque encontrei as Cachaças que procurava; fui bem recebido pelo rapaz, no portão de entrada e saída de mercadorias (Rua lateral) e muitíssimo bem atendido, pela atendente THAÍS.
Não vi e entendo que falta no local, um "Cardápio" dos produtos, que possa facilitar ao cliente e até incentivar outras compras.
I liked it, because I found the Cachaças I was looking for; I was well received by the boy, at the goods entrance and exit gate (side street) and very well attended, by the attendant THAÍS.
I have not seen and understand that there is a lack of a "Menu" of products on the premises, which can facilitate the customer and even encourage other purchases.

Falaram em "até 11 dias" pelo tipo de remessa que optei (a mais barata). Qual minha surpresa - em menos de 4 dias a encomenda estava em casa! Bons preços, taxa de entrega justa e acessível. Muitas opções. Recomendo fortemente. Pena que não conheço a loja pessoalmente...
I bought some cachaças, late at night, via Internet, during Black Friday. Since Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days for delivery, counting started on Monday. They spoke of "up to 11 days" for the type of shipment I chose (the cheapest). What a surprise - in less than 4 days the order was at home! Good prices, fair and affordable delivery rate. Many options. I strongly recommend. Too bad I don't know the store personally ...

Fiz uma daquelas de péssima cliente (fiz a encomenda dia 30.12 (!!!!) pra chegar no máximo até dia 06.01), e dá-lhe emoção pra garantir a entrega em 4 dias úteis. Eles falaram comigo o tempo todo no whatsapp, me deram opção de Sedex, paguei a diferença e nossas cachaças chegaram aqui dia 04.01 (Correios sempre fazendo um trabalho lindo), super bem embaladas, prontinhas pra serem levadas pra terras geladas. Sem palavras pra agradecê-los, desejo todo o sucesso do mundo!!
Amazing service and fair price! I made one of those bad customer ones (I placed the order on the 30.12th (!!!!) to arrive no later than the 06.01th), and it gives you emotion to guarantee delivery in 4 working days. They talked to me all the time on whatsapp, they gave me a Sedex option, I paid the difference and our cachaças arrived here on the 04.01th (post office always doing a beautiful job), super well packaged, ready to be taken to the icy lands. No words to thank you, I wish you all the success in the world!!
