★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O acesso na rodovia deveria ser melhor sinalizado, perdemos a entrada e tivemos que seguir 5km até o retorno e voltar mais 8km, para entrar na estradinha estreita e s sinalização. Conseguimos estacionar próximo ao bar do Rogério e seguimos andando até a entrada da cachoeira, passamos por uma rampa metálica, dois lances pequenos de escada e depois entre a mata pequena trilha e chegamos a cachoeira.
Lotada, parecendo um dia de sol na praia tinha muita gente, crianças gritando, pessoas fazendo salto de uma pedra no meio do lago onde outras pessoas banhavam-se, pessoas bebendo cerveja, ciclista observando a movimentação da água, motoqueiros com suas roupas de couro, mas tudo de certa forma harmonicamente integrado, num inclemente dia de sol escaldante.
A saída da cachoeira é um pouco tensa, pois atravessa a rodovia, tendo um ponto cego, não é nítida a visão dos veículos que vem de Teresópolis. Pelo volume d'água deve ser interessante ouvir seu som, o mesmo não foi possível, havia muito barulho. Valeu a pena!
The access on the highway should be better signposted, we lost the entrance and had to go 5km to the return and go back another 8km, to enter the narrow road and the signs. We managed to park close to Rogério's bar and continue walking to the entrance of the waterfall, we went through a metallic ramp, two short flights of stairs and then through the woods, a small trail and we arrived at the waterfall.
Crowded, looking like a sunny day on the beach, there were a lot of people, children screaming, people jumping off a rock in the middle of the lake where other people were bathing, people drinking beer, cyclists watching the movement of the water, bikers in their leather clothes , but everything in a way harmoniously integrated, in an inclement day of scorching sun.
The exit from the waterfall is a little tense, as it crosses the highway, having a blind spot, the vision of vehicles coming from Teresópolis is not clear. Due to the volume of water it must be interesting to hear its sound, it was not possible, there was a lot of noise. Worth it!
