 Order came wrong and the potato got burnt. As I was short of time because I was at lunch, I ended up letting it pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com mais quatro pessoas no Dia do Hamburger mas, infelizmente, eles não se programaram para a demanda no dia. Nossos pedidos demoraram mais de 40 minutos para chegar à mesa. Mas acredito que foi pontual, falta de planejamento para um dia atípico. Quanto ao hambúrger, é MUITO BOM!!!
I went with four more people on Hamburger Day but unfortunately they did not schedule for the day's demand. Our orders took over 40 minutes to arrive at the table. But I think it was punctual, lacking planning for an atypical day. As for the hamburger, it's VERY GOOD !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Hambúrguer é bom e é relativamente barato. Tem um prato executivo muito bom de segunda a quinta. Único problema é a batata, que muitas vezes fica frita demais e seca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a segunda vez que fui no estabelecimento, e o primeira dica que dou é que não é um fast food. A comida tem uma preparação demorada, e piora caso você esteja indo em um grupo muito grande.
O hambúrguer é bom, mas o meu maior destaque vai para a batata, que apesar da apresentação, é deliciosa.
Recomendo aos donos treinaren e motivarem os funcionários, pois pedi por um molho extra (que nao era obrigação) que nunca me entregaram. Mais fácil falar que nao dá.
E a ter cardápios novos, pois os atuais estão todos riscados a ponto de de não entender o menu.
It was the second time I went to the establishment, and the first tip I give is that it is not a fast food. The food takes a long time to prepare, and it gets worse if you are going in a very large group.
The burger is good, but my biggest highlight is the potato, which despite the presentation, is delicious.
I recommend the owners to train and motivate the employees, because I asked for an extra sauce (which was not an obligation) that they never gave me. Easier to say that you can't.
And having new menus, because the current ones are all streaked to the point of not understanding the menu.
