 It wasn't because two cras that I call no one answers now it's just busy. I don't think it leaves it out of the corner because there's no point, the person calls until the fingers hurt, no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O telefone não serve pra nada, é eternamente ocupado, se a pessoa for presencial, não resolve devido a quantidade de gente, e assim os benefícios são cancelados, e os responsáveis não fazem nada pra resolver! Obsurdo!
The phone is useless, it's eternally busy, if the person is in person, it doesn't solve it due to the number of people, and so the benefits are cancelled, and those responsible do nothing to solve it! Absurd!

Very difficult to be answered because you have to schedule everything and the phone is only busy when you call they don't answer, it's complicated it's very difficult to solve anything when I managed to talk to someone on the phone the woman said she didn't schedule more on Monday only on Friday not every weekday omg...
