★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja bem organizada, bom atendimento. Peca no sistema que e ruim e não te manda o boleto nem físico, nem SMS, nem email, nada. Se vc esquecer, suja seu nome e nem te avisa. Os tel de contato sempre mudam. Ruim.

For me it was terrible .... a huge queue with only one cashier, and we wait a lot in line ,, and we need to improve customer service .....

Fiz o cartão da loja, e pra minha surpresa, qdo chegou a fatura, vieram cobrando dois tipos de seguro, que eu tenho certeza absoluta que não pedi. Um deles sendo um tal " seguro desemprego" , sendo que sou funcionária pública e não teria pq pedir um seguro desse tipo. Nunca mais pisei nessa loja nem pra olhar
Terrible. If I could give it a zero I would. I was blatantly deceived. It took me longer in the checkout line than choosing the clothes, it was almost 1 hour of queue aff....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente caedu em outras cidades, nas quais sempre fui muito bem atendida para minha surpresa está de Guaratinguetá foi a maior decepção nunca mais coloco meus pés. Fiquei na fila com uma bebê por mais de 30;mint sem contar mais de 6 idosos e ninguém para atender no caixa preferencial gerência despreparada para conduzir seus colaboradores loja sem trocador espelhos velhos bebedouro quebrado loja péssima nunca nunca mais entrarei nesta loja e TB jamais indicarei a loja de Guaratinguetá . Infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência já a loja de Taubaté caragua e demais que compro totalmente diferente a gestão da a diferença
I'm a caedu customer in other cities, in which I've always been very well attended to my surprise this one in Guaratinguetá was the biggest disappointment I never set foot again. I was in line with a baby for more than 30 minutes, not counting more than 6 elderly people and no one to attend the preferential cashier unprepared management to drive their employees store without changing table old mirrors broken drinking fountain terrible store I will never enter this store again and I will never recommend the Guaratinguetá store. Unfortunately it was a bad experience since the store in Taubaté Caragua and others that I buy totally different the management of the difference
