Loja conta com provadores e fica muito bem localizada. Fica bem na entrada do shopping no começo do estacionamento do lado da entrada... Na parte masculina só faltou mais opções de calças no mento em que estava na loja havia opções limitadas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistema de caixas da loja péssimo, muito demorado, acho que pq oferecem cartão na hora do pagamento, até pegar dados a fila não anda, dois caixas funcionando, um sendo preferencial, muito lento, se for à loja se prepare, vai perder muito tempo na fila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dezembro tive a PESSIMA ideia de fazer um cartao dessa loja depois de tanta insistencia dos funcionarios( que chega a incomodar inclusive, vc não consegue nem olhar as roupas em paz).
Enfim, fiz o cartão e gastei em torno de 300,00 reais.
Quando recebi a fatura a surpresa, os funcionarios sem carater colocaram varias taxas e até um negocio de recarga de celular que eu NUNCA solicitei, falei que não queria nada disso e de 300,00
Estão me cobrando mais de 400,00 reais, de taxas absurdas e serviços que não contratei.
Inclusive para pegar fatura é um tormento, whatsapp, app, centrais de atendimento, ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA FUNCIONA!
Como não conseguimos a fatura, eles jogam um juros absurdooo.
Por uma erro deles!
Um serviço falido e incapaz!
Fui até a loja presencial no shopping bonsucesso e a vendedora muito debochada e rindo da minha cara disse que nada poderia fazer!
Mas eu sei que a caedu possui acesso ao vendedor que fez meu cartão e o mesmo, a caedu, que seja.
ALGUEM VAI SE RESPONSABILIZAR por tamanho transtorno e humilhação.
PASSEM LONGE DESSA LOJA
NÃO COMPREM
SÓ DOR DE CABEÇA E TRANSTORNO.
VOU DIVULGAR EM TODOS LUGARES O QUÃO A CAEDU É PODRE!
In December I had the TERRIBLE idea of making a card from this store after so much insistence from the employees (which even bothers you, you can't even look at the clothes in peace).
Anyway, I made the card and spent around 300.00 reais.
When I received the bill as a surprise, the employees without character put several fees and even a cell phone recharge deal that I NEVER requested, I said I didn't want any of that and it was 300.00
They are charging me more than 400.00 reais, of absurd fees and services that I did not hire.
Even to get an invoice is a torment, whatsapp, app, call centers, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WORKS!
As we didn't get the invoice, they charge an absurd interest.
Because of their mistake!
A failed and incapable service!
I went to the store in person at the bonsucesso mall and the saleswoman, very mocking and laughing at my face, said there was nothing she could do!
But I know that caedu has access to the seller who made my card and the same, caedu, whatever.
SOMEONE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for such inconvenience and humiliation.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE
DO NOT BUY
ONLY HEADACHE AND DISORDER.
I WILL PUBLISH EVERYWHERE HOW ROTTEN CAEDU IS!
