★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima loja. Apresentam um atendimento muito bom. As roupas tem boa qualidade e também parecem gostar muito de cachorros que com o calor buscam a frente da loja cuja temperatura é mais amena.
 Great store. They provide very good service. The clothes are of good quality and they also seem to be very fond of dogs that with the heat seek the front of the store where the temperature is milder.

Deixei minha mãe fazendo compras com minha filha enquanto fui ao médico... quando fui buscá-las, tive uma surpresa muito absurda, abusada e desagradável, uma funcionária ofereceu um cartão da loja que foi considerado interessante pelos descontos que teríamos direito. Junto com o cartão, foi oferecido um plano odontológico que minha mãe pediu pra esperar a minha chegada pra avaliar. A funcionária pesou na mente da minha mãe de uma forma tão sem noção, insistindo que posteriormente ela não conseguiria fazer o tal plano e que fizesse um pré cadastro que só seria concluído após a minha aprovação. Então fiz algum questionamentos e vendo que não seria interessante, optei por recusar, onde tive a surpresa de que o cadastro só poderia ser modificado ou desfeito, após o pagamento da primeira fatura. A pessoa cadastrou 5 pessoas (o máximo possível) apenas pelo nome e data de nascimento, cada pessoa teria um custo mensal de 26 ou 27 reais, minha mãe deixou anotado os nomes da minha irmã, do meu cunhado, do meu sobrinho e o meu nome ACREDITEM, ELA ME CADASTROU 2X!
No momento eu cheguei a me irritar e deixei claro que não deixaria como estava. Com a fatura em mãos, retornei a loja e apontei os erros para a gerente, que prontamente me atendeu e retirou tudo que estava errado. Eu gostaria muito de poder dar a nota 5 para as pessoas que me atenderam e corrigiram o problema, mas a minha consciência não para de perguntar, quantas outras pessoas estão pagando por esse mesmo erro? My experience at Caedu was initially quite tense and stressful... I left my mother shopping with my daughter while I went to the doctor... when I went to pick them up, I had a very absurd, abused and unpleasant surprise, an employee offered a card of the store that was considered interesting due to the discounts that we would be entitled to. Along with the card, a dental plan was offered that my mother asked to wait for my arrival to evaluate. The employee weighed on my mother's mind in such a clueless way, insisting that later she wouldn't be able to make such a plan and that she did a pre-registration that would only be completed after my approval. So I asked some questions and seeing that it would not be interesting, I chose to refuse, where I was surprised that the registration could only be modified or undone, after payment of the first invoice. The person registered 5 people (as many as possible) just by name and date of birth, each person would have a monthly cost of 26 or 27 reais, my mother wrote down the names of my sister, my brother-in-law, my nephew and my name BELIEVE IT, SHE REGISTERED ME 2X!
At the time I got annoyed and made it clear that I wouldn't leave it as it was. With the invoice in hand, I returned to the store and pointed out the errors to the manager, who promptly attended to me and removed everything that was wrong. I would love to be able to give a 5 to the people who helped me and fixed the problem, but my conscience keeps asking, how many other people are paying for this same mistake? Hope this helps.
