Slow service, I've been to much more comfortable phone stores, always with a long line, it's always like that, they don't study a way to speed up the service.

The service is good, but they don't do much. Get in touch via the app. I wouldn't have to go to the store to do that.

â â â â â Minha primeira impressĂŁo foi uma loja lotada e quase 3h de espera para ser atendida, porĂ©m o atendimento da atendente Priscylla e a gerente Jennifer fizeram com que essa percepção fosse superada. Tive um problema tĂ©cnico no chip e Jennifer esteve a todo momento engajada em solucionar o meu problema, se empenhou por vĂĄrios dias atĂ© solucionar. Colaboradores assim deveriam ser exemplo para os demais. ParabĂ©ns!!!
My first impression was a crowded store and almost 3 hours of waiting to be served, but the service from the attendant Priscylla and the manager Jennifer made this perception overcome. I had a technical problem with the chip and Jennifer was always engaged in solving my problem, she worked for several days to solve it. Employees like this should be an example to others. Congratulations!!!
