★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja na Orozimbo Maia, nesta terça-feira dia 08/01/2019, em Campinas, pois sou cliente, mas me decepcionei.
Fui barrada pelo "segurança ou vendedor, não consegui identificar " quando mal tinha saído do meu carro. O motivo: o mesmo queria que eu
deixa-se o meu Pet de apenas 1 ano e 4 meses dentro do carro, num sol escaldante do 12:00. Um absurdo, meu Pet é pequeno e estava no meu colo.
EU NEM ENTREI NA LOJA, ESTAVA DESCENDO DO CARRO E FUI ABORDADA DESSA FORMA.
Ele nem teve a capacidade de falar que não podia entrar com meu Pet, apenas disse para eu deixar dentro do carro.
Um absurdo incentivando os maus tratos aos animais!!!
Perdeu uma cliente, pois nunca mais volto lá.
Peço ao responsável pela loja que oriente seus funcionários a terem conhecimento sobre "maus tratos aos animais".
Será que esse cidadão iria gostar de ser trancado dentro de um carro debaixo de um sol escaldante?

I went to the store in Orozimbo Maia, this Tuesday, 08/01/2019, in Campinas, as I am a customer, but I was disappointed.
I was stopped by "security or salesman, I couldn't identify" when I was barely out of my car. The reason: the same wanted me
I leave my Pet of just 1 year and 4 months in the car, in a blazing sun at 12:00. An absurd, my Pet is small and was in my lap.
I WAS NOT GETTING INTO THE STORE, I WAS GETTING OUT OF THE CAR AND WAS APPROACHED THAT WAY.
He didn't even have the ability to say he couldn't get in with my pet, he just told me to leave it in the car.
An absurdity encouraging the mistreatment of animals!!!
Lost a client because I'm never going back there.
I ask the person responsible for the store to guide their employees to know about "maltreatment of animals".
Would this citizen enjoy being locked in a car under a blazing sun?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento, colaboradores despreparados. Varios atendentes ociosos. Voce faz o contato antecipado pra agilizar o processo, chega no local, ambiente vazio, produto no qual solicitou nao está preparado.
Pessimo controle financeiro, se propoe a enviar boletos para pagamento por email e nao enviam ate a data do vencimento, tem que ficar ligando pra cobrar.
Pessima gestão.
Poor service, unprepared employees. Several idle attendants. You make early contact to speed up the process, arrive at the place, empty environment, product in which you requested is not prepared.
Poor financial control, if you propose to send payment slips by email and do not send until the due date, you have to keep calling to collect.
Poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alugo uma cadeira ha i ano e meio,,sempre recebo o boleto antes do dia 10, hj ja é dia 08/03 eu nao recebi ainda e ja enviei varias mensagens ate que liguei e a atendente me disse que houve um problema , entao disse pra ela prorogar ela disse que nao faz isso eu nao tenho todos os dias pra ir ao banco, e disse que teve um problema , les que tiveram problema e nao eu que quero pagar estou no meu direito de pedir o boletos e ainda fui mal tratada,,,nao existe isso de problemas pra fazer o boleto eu trabalho numa empresa na area financeira e na existe isso ,,,pedi pra ela me dar um nº de conta disse que tambem nao pode , ue nao pode nada eu so quero pagar ha alguma coisa errada,,,ja fui muito mal tratada por um rapaz uma outra vez sei la deve ter algum problema tambem queria pagar com debito e ele nao queria aceitar era dia 03 e o boleto ia vencer no dia 10 era só dar a baixa eu me propus ate a pagar a taxa do banco ,,muito chato o financeiro deve ser maleavel nao ferro e fogo
