★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após várias compras de máscaras desde que a pandemia começou, recebi desconfiança como retorno. Fiz o pedido de 2 caixas de máscaras protedesc branca, 1 sortida e 1 infantil. Ao chegar em casa percebi que me foi entregue 3 caixas brancas. Liguei para a loja e relatei o ocorrido, prontamente me disseram que poderia ir lá sem problemas fazer a troca. Para minha surpresa ao chegar na loja, queriam que eu tivesse levado TODOS os produtos lá para conferência, não acreditando na minha palavra. Como alternativa me pediram fotos dos outros produtos para novamente provar o que eu estava dizendo, já que no sistema deles estava constando que tinha me vendido 2 brancas e 1 colorida. Pedi para uma pessoa da minha casa tirar a foto e mostrei como solicitado. Ainda assim continuaram a contestar dizendo que não estava batendo com o sistema. Fizeram a troca por mera obrigação, sem ainda acreditar no que eu estava falando.
Perderam uma cliente!! Próxima loja existem lugares com o mesmo produto, escolhi essa loja pela praticidade por a loja estar sempre mais vazia! Mas agora não me importarei de esperar um pouco mais tempo para comprar da concorrência!! Não recomendo mais!
After several mask purchases since the pandemic began, I have received distrust in return. I ordered 2 boxes of white protedesc masks, 1 assorted and 1 children's mask. When I got home I noticed that I was given 3 white boxes. I called the store and reported what had happened, they promptly told me I could go there without any problems to make the exchange. To my surprise when I arrived at the store, they wanted me to have taken ALL the products there for the conference, not taking my word for it. As an alternative, they asked me for pictures of the other products to prove again what I was saying, since their system was saying that they had sold me 2 white and 1 colored. I asked a person in my house to take the photo and showed it as requested. Even so, they continued to dispute that it wasn't hitting the system. They made the exchange as a mere obligation, still not believing what I was talking about.
They lost a customer!! Next store there are places with the same product, I chose this store because of its convenience because the store is always empty! But now I won't mind waiting a little longer to buy from the competition!! I can't recommend it anymore!
