The Village Cafe is a simple establishment in the region, between Mirandópolis and Vila Mariana. Delicious coffees, chocolates, food and sweets are served, as well as having great quality service! I had a good time with friends there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei pensando ser um daqueles lugares simples e acolhedores, mas fiquei muito decepcionada.
Logo que sentei à mesa observei que a mesa estava meio "grudenta", os suportes para pratos estavam sujos e o local escuro; sem luz alguma.
Pensei em ir embora mas, sinceramente, fiquei com dó de fazer isso, pois só havia eu e mais uma cliente que já estava de saída. Sim, eu tenho coração!
A comida demorou bastante - eu estava com uma criança bem pequena, impaciente e faminta - e, quando chegou, não estava quente, parecia ter sido aquecida por pouco tempo e o peixe parecendo que foi "refrito".
A comida estava sem sabor, sem tempero, o arroz todo empelotado, a salada com folhas de alface rasgadas à mão, tinha pedaços irregulares de algo parecido com chuchu... não sei ao certo, pois era gosmento e, do pepino, só havia casca. Asquerosa!
Pedi limão para temperar a salada, pois tive receio de usar uma coisa que parecia ser vinagre em um vidro engordurado; recebi 1/2 limão, que não era novo e, para minha surpresa, quando paguei a conta fui cobrada por 1 limão!
Entendo que cada comerciante pode cobrar o que quiser de suas refeições, mas acredito que deve haver bom-senso na hora de precificar.
O preço pago pelo prato e 1 refrigerante de latinha foi revoltante pela qualidade oferecida. Pedi NF Paulista e fui informada que não tinha. Pedi NF comum e também não tinha. Quando me posicionei sobre a NF, surgiu a última do talão...
É o tipo de situação que se passa de vez em quando, para aprender a não usar o coração acima da razão.
Se tivesse ido a outros lugares que já conheço, teria saído satisfeita e não teria gasto tanto.
Só não avalio com ZERO porque não dá.

I entered thinking it was one of those simple and cozy places, but I was very disappointed.
As soon as I sat down at the table, I noticed that the table was a little "sticky", the dish racks were dirty and the place was dark; without any light.
I thought about leaving but, honestly, I felt sorry for doing that, because there was only me and one more client who was already leaving. Yes, I have a heart!
The food took a long time - I had a very small child, impatient and hungry - and when it arrived, it was not hot, it seemed to have been heated for a short time and the fish looking like it was "refrito".
The food was tasteless, without seasoning, the rice was piled up, the salad with lettuce leaves torn by hand, had irregular pieces of something like chayote ... bark. Disgusting!
I asked for lemon to season the salad, because I was afraid to use something that looked like vinegar in a greasy glass; I received 1/2 lemon, which was not new and, to my surprise, when I paid the bill I was charged for 1 lemon!
I understand that each trader can charge whatever he wants for his meals, but I believe that there must be common sense when pricing.
The price paid for the dish and 1 can of soda was outrageous for the quality offered. I asked for NF Paulista and was told I didn't have one. I asked for regular NF and I didn't have it either. When I positioned myself on the NF, the last one appeared on the bead ...
It is the kind of situation that happens from time to time, to learn not to use the heart above reason.
If I had gone to other places I already know, I would have left satisfied and would not have spent so much.
I just don't rate with ZERO because it doesn't work.
Terrible!
