Simpatia, empatia e disponibilidade, além de uma loja muito bonita e com preços atrativos. Gostei bastante.

NÃO recomendo a ninguém. Ficaram com minha máquina SAECO, deram um orçamento ridículo de quase 700 reais, eu autorizei o conserto, eles ficaram com a máquina 16 dias e no dia da retirada enviaram um e-mail dizendo que não conseguiram arrumar a máquina. INCOMPETENTES. PÉSSIMOS, nem abriram minha máquina, apenas não quiseram arrumar.
Disappointing service and service!!!
DO NOT recommend to anyone. They kept my SAECO machine, gave a ridiculous budget of almost 700 reais, I authorized the repair, they kept the machine for 16 days and on the day of the withdrawal they sent an email saying they couldn't fix the machine. INCOMPETENTS. BAD, they didn't even open my machine, they just didn't want to fix it.
