★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, as meninas não sabem tirar café e o bolo, Red velvet, esta passado. Era tão gostoso comer aqui,as a qualidade está muito ruim.
 Too bad, the girls don't know how to make coffee and the cake, Red velvet, is done. It was so nice to eat here, but the quality is really bad.

As atendentes sempre me atenderam muito bem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café é bom e a torta de limão tbm, porém não é a primeira vez que NÃO me senti BEM ATENDIDA AQUI. Devia melhorar o atendimento com treinamentos para os funcionários.
The coffee is good and the lemon pie as well, but it's not the first time I haven't felt WELL ATTENDED HERE. Should improve service with training for employees.

Fui esperimentar um uma bebida no estabelecimento do café do ponto pois tenho boas recomendações, que por sinal estava delicioso , 3 das 4 funcionárias foram estremamentes atenciosas e prestativas porém a moça que estava no caixa foi grosseira na forma de se comunicar com o pessoal que trabalha na loja do shopping pelo fato de eu fazer uma simples pergunta , vocês disponibilizam desconto para funcionário a moça simplesmente nós olhou com cara de desdém , e disse que não tem desconto , porém o problema não é dar ou não desconto , pois nem todo sós estabelecimentos disponibilizam , o problema foi a forma que ela nos tratou só pelo fato de sermos logistas , sei que vcs são uma empresa grande e um cliente a mais e um cliente a menos não faz diferença porém o atendimento dela não foi muito receptivo . De resto vcs estão de parabéns pois o local , as outras atendentes e os mantimentos são simplesmente muito bem pensados .

I went to try a drink at the cafe do Ponto because I have good recommendations, which by the way was delicious, 3 of the 4 employees were extremely attentive and helpful but the girl who was at the cashier was rude in the way of communicating with the staff that works at the mall store because I ask a simple question, do you offer discounts for employees the girl simply looked at us with a disdainful face, and said there is no discount, but the problem is not to give or not discount, because not all establishments are alone they make it available, the problem was the way she treated us just because we are logists, I know you are a big company and one more customer and one less customer doesn't make any difference, but her service was not very receptive. For the rest you are to be congratulated because the place, the other attendants and the groceries are simply very well thought out.
