Mas quando fui achei de uma falta de profissionalismo imensa por parte dos donos do local, pois estavam resolvendo problemas com uma outra funcionaria no andar de cima em uma das mesas, reclamando de lucro e gastos, horários de trabalho... isso não é lugar nem hora, né? Queria tomar um lanche em paz e falavam sobre assuntos delicados bem alto, meio se exaltando. Situação chata.
The employee treated me very well, helped me choose a coffee and a cake, was super patient! The coffee cake is delicious and so is the atmosphere! But when I went I thought of an immense lack of professionalism on the part of the owners of the place, as they were solving problems with another one, who would work upstairs at one of the tables, complaining about profit and expenses, working hours... this is not the place no time, right? He wanted to have a snack in peace and they talked about sensitive subjects very loudly, a little exalted. Boring situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Climatização péssima, já é a quarta vez que venho e os ar-condicionados ficam desligados. Ambiente fica muito abafado principalmente quando ligam os fornos. Não consigo ficar muito tempo no ambiente pois o calor é insuportável. Atendimento deixa a desejar!
Bad air conditioning, it's the fourth time I've been here and the air conditioners are off. The atmosphere is very stuffy, especially when the ovens are turned on. I can't stay long in the environment because the heat is unbearable. Service leaves something to be desired!
