Pessoal que ainda encara cafeteria como um lugar pra comer pão de queijo com café, uma dica: as cafeterias estão mudando. Cafeterias estão se tornando um lugar para os coffeelovers, que apreciam o café. O Brasil é um país rico nesse quesito. Acredito que muitos que avaliaram mal o local ainda pensam em cafeteria como um lugar com bebidas cheias de enfeites e comida... Agora para os que apreciam os cafés arábicos especiais, é com certeza um excelente local!
Estava voltando de viagem e decidi conhecer o local ❣️. Local pequeno ainda, espero que cresça em breve! Tem bastante opções de café e se não me engano, tinham 3 métodos de extração.
Minhas sugestões para melhorar o lugar (que tem tudo pra dar certo): uma carta de café - assim o atendente não fica "preso" conversando apenas com alguns clientes. Na carta de café teria os cafés que eles vendem e explicações simples. Assim se o cliente tiver alguma dúvida ainda, a dúvida é mais específica. Acredito que é uma boa!
Outra dica é a degustação. Já fui em cafeterias que você paga um valor (geralmente entre 20 a 30 reais) e na degustação são pequenas xícaras com 8 ou 10 cafés. Assim o cliente conhece os cafés e consegue comprar os grãos na loja sem ser uma escolha "cega".
E por fim, kits de café com 30g ou 80g. Seria bem legal tb!
Fui muito bem atendida e meu cachorro tb! Espero voltar em breve! Até o meu cachorro estava prestando atenção na explicação de como fazer café kkkkk Se o cachorro que tem o melhor olfato estava interessado no café, então é, com certeza, bom ????❣️?

Pet Friendly Coffee Shop!
People who still see cafeteria as a place to eat cheese bread with coffee, a tip: cafeterias are changing. Coffee shops are becoming a place for coffeelovers, who appreciate coffee. Brazil is a rich country in this regard. I believe that many who have misjudged the place still think of cafeteria as a place with drinks full of decorations and food... Now for those who appreciate special Arabica coffees, it is certainly a great place!
I was returning from my trip and decided to visit the place ❣️. Small place yet, I hope it will grow soon! There are plenty of coffee options and if I'm not mistaken, they had 3 extraction methods.
My suggestions to improve the place (which has everything to go right): a coffee menu - so the attendant is not "stuck" talking to just a few customers. The coffee menu would have the coffees they sell and simple explanations. So if the customer still has any questions, the question is more specific. I believe it's a good one!
Another tip is the tasting. I've been to cafes where you pay a price (generally between 20 to 30 reais) and for tasting, it's small cups with 8 or 10 coffees. So the customer knows the coffees and can buy the beans in the store without being a "blind" choice.
And finally, 30g or 80g coffee kits. It would be really cool too!
I was very well attended and my dog too! Hope to be back soon! Even my dog was paying attention to the explanation of how to make coffee kkkkk If the dog with the best sense of smell was interested in coffee, then it is definitely good ????❣️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente cafeteria/mercado de cafés. Dono muito simpático e conversador. Variedade de cafés em grãos pra comprar absurda, maior que qualquer outro lugar que já fui. Ótimos preços. Fizemos o dono abrir o lugar sem querer hehe, mas valeu muito a pena. Vale muito conhecer.
Excellent coffee shop/coffee market. Owner very friendly and talkative. The variety of coffee beans to buy is absurd, bigger than any other place I've ever been. Great prices. We made the owner open the place by accident hehe, but it was so worth it. It's really worth knowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place rocks, with specialized roaster from MG and and automatic espresso press for just the right cup-o-yo fav pickmeup. Try the handmade icecream with espresso and rum, and ask the owner about his Insta page, he's a top coffee influencer in Brazil. The background music is soft fem vocal and touches my inner soul as the elexer of my single pull begins to kick in. The upstairs loft has a art display with paintings using coffee bean extract, think the egg painters on the Seine in that other Brazilian city over the pond, Paris. Yes, Virigina there is good coffee outside the trapping of Starb8cks! Tell em wide-eye-Joe sent ya!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favorite place to buy bags of small batch coffees from around Brazil. You won't find any of these choices in a regular store. As a bonus the also work as a coffee shop and have great ice cream.

Yet, the coffee machine was broken, the Internet cost a lot extra per our, and the coffee was served in an uncharming and boring way. The staff spoke English but was not very motivated or excited ... also she offered some games to be played which were totally out of place for a Hispter coffee place. My advise: don’t get distracted by the cool look, as the coffee is really not worth dropping by. There are so many other awesome coffee shops in the neighborhood of Villa Madalena in São Paulo!!! Go there first. ;)
