Abri uma conta nessa Caixa econômica e já me arrependi, não te ajudam em nada na entrada, e tudo que se precisa fazer só entrando em uma aglomerada fila kilometrica. Um horror ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ na segunda meu esposo teve na caixa pra fazer um, desbloquei do cartao de debito dele chegou as 7 fkou na fila, e so foi atendido as 15 horas onde falaram para ele que a parte de poupanca estava sem sistema, ou seja meu espoco é cardiopata nao pode fiacr saindo, nao pode se estressar tem laudos que comprovam que ele nao pode fkar muito tempo em pe, mas nao quis usar isso pra entrar na frente de ninguem e nem , de se fazer de coitado, mandaram ele voltar a a tarde n a caixa hoje , caso ele venha a passar mal, ou nao resolver vou levar o caso na ouvidoria, pois é um absurdo trocaram a conta poupanca nao avisaram, mandaram o cartao com o numero da conta antiga e vc nao consegue fazer nada na conta porque esta bloqueada, e porque . cade visao humana... um absurdo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pedi para trocar o meu cartão cheguei lá às 6:00 horas da manhã para ficar na fila até banco abrir às 10:00 horas da manhã só consegui entrar no banco às 12:00 horas da manhã não fiquei mais de 1 hora para fazer o pedido da troca do cartão agora eu vou te que ficar na fila para buscar o cartão isso é uma falta de respeito com cliente desse banco ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 25/03 fui resolver um problema simples com meu cartão e fiquei na fila por 8hs. Mau atendimento, falta de informação, poucas senhas liberadas, um falou que não dava pra pegar o pix, outro disse que dava, me jogaram pra lá e pra cá, os guardas super arrogantes e mau educados, a fila do preferencial nunca andava um descaso com a terceira idade e gestantes. Decepcionante vergonhoso ter que depender desse serviço pra tudo, pix, FGTS, etc. Mudaram minha conta sem me avisar, fui atualizar meus dados tinha que enfrentar outra fila, fui pedir outro cartão já era outra fila, fui pegar dinheiro era outra fila nunca conseguimos resolver um problema de imediato, eu daria avaliação zero pena que não tem como, parece que estamos pedindo esmolas recebendo esse tipo de atendimento.
