★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para várias empresas que vendem caixas de papelão usadas e somente nessa disseram que tinham a caixa na medida que precisava. O Marcelo disse que tinha uma de 90x90x90. Pedi para reservar e ele disse que tinha várias, que não precisava. Depois de atravessar a cidade e pegar muito trânsito, eles não encontraram a tal caixa. A desculpa que ele deu foi que havia vendido aquela caixa de manhã, que era única. Ou ele disse que tinha um produto que na verdade não tinha certeza se tinha, ou ele não falou a verdade quando disse que tinha várias. Ou seja, não foram profissionais.
Comentário à resposta da empresa, feita somente 7 meses após a minha avaliação inicial: não é verdade que a caixa já havia sido vendida, porque quando cheguei o Marcelo pediu para um funcionário procurar a tal caixa, funcionário esse muito atencioso porque foi até a outra loja deles procurá-la. Como não achamos o gerente deu a desculpa que já havia sido vendida.
 I called several companies that sell used cardboard boxes and only said they had the box as needed. Marcelo said he had a 90x90x90. I asked to book and he said he had several, which he didn't need. After crossing the city and getting a lot of traffic, they didn't find the box. The excuse he gave was that he had sold that box in the morning, which was unique. Either he said he had a product that he wasn't really sure he had, or he didn't speak the truth when he said he had several. That is, they were not professionals.
Comment to the company's response, made only 7 months after my initial assessment: it is not true that the box had already been sold, because when I arrived Marcelo asked an employee to look for that box, a very attentive employee because he went to the other their store look for it. As we didn't think the manager gave the excuse that had already been sold.

I just don't give 0 stars because there's no way! Terrible service! Total disregard for the customer, I'll definitely look for the competition, maybe I'll get attention there.
