★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cara se você gosta de filas ou você é um tipo de "filafilia" então está no lugar certo, A Caixa Econômica tem fila praticamente todos os dias em muitos casos de dobrar o quarteirão, mas você deve estar pensando "ah mas eu vou em uma agência mais afastada onde ninguém conhece" pode ir, tenho certeza que chegando lá será rodeado por filas que te acompanharão até o atendimento kkk, só um conselho antes vir certifique-se que de não ter outro compromisso, pois em alguns casos se ultrapassa duas horas de espera, e tenha em mente que nem todo banco tem banheiro caso precise, mas dou 3 estrelas pelo bom atendimento que recebi, tendo meu problema resolvido ainda na fila (regularização cadastral) sendo necessário visita presencial, fora isso tudo normal ✌️
Man, if you like lines or you are a kind of "filafilia" then you're in the right place, Caixa Econômica has lines almost every day in many cases to double the block, but you must be thinking "ah but I'm going to one farthest agency where no one knows" you can go, I'm sure that when you get there you will be surrounded by queues that will accompany you to the service kkk, just a little advice before coming, make sure you don't have another appointment, as in some cases it takes more than two hours on hold, and keep in mind that not every bank has a bathroom if you need it, but I give it 3 stars for the good service I received, having my problem solved while still in the queue (registration regularization) requiring a face-to-face visit, otherwise everything is normal ✌️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento so piora.... muito lendo... alguns atendentes nem liga para o cliente, e outros ainda sai fora de horario pra ir comer.... e esquece que tem idosos, clientes, mães e crianças esperando por um atendimento..... precisa melhorar!!!!!
Service only gets worse.... a lot of reading... some attendants don't even call the customer, and others still go out of time to go eat... and forget that there are elderly people, customers, mothers and children waiting for a service. .... need to improve!!!!!
