★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então no meu caso a experiência não foi nada Boa ..pois aconteceu o seguinte sempre recebi meus benefícios pelo cartão cidadão quando no dia 29/05/18 fui até a lotérica receber minha 3 parcela do seguro desemprego e a atendente me falou q meu dinheiro estava depositado em uma conta em São Paulo q eu nem tinha conhecimento na agência do bairro Santa Cecília a mesma me orientou a estar indo em uma agência da caixa .,expliquei a situação para o atendente o mesmo me orientou a estar abrindo uma conta poupança fácil. .resumindo hoje é dia 01/06 e nada de receber meus benefícios e agora caixa econômica Federal o q eu faço RODNEY sorocaba

After the following happened, I always received my benefits by the citizen card when on 05/29/18 I went to the lottery to receive my 3 installment of unemployment insurance and the attendant told me my money. it was deposited in an account in São Paulo q I had no knowledge at the branch in the Santa Cecília neighborhood, it told me to go to a cashier branch. . .summing up today is 01/06 and nothing to receive my benefits and now Federal savings bank what I do RODNEY sorocaba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos Caixas são péssimos, a agência lotada de pessoas, e o "profissional" vendo vídeo no celular, sem chamar ninguém para o atendimento. Um verdadeiro lixo de banco.
Cashier service is terrible, the agency is full of people, and the "professional" watching video on his cell phone, without calling anyone for assistance. A real bank rubbish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro atendimento foi exemplar, funcionários bem informados, sabiam o que fazer. O fiasco foi no caixa, na hora de sacar o dinheiro, uma funcionária arrogante, despreparada e que no fim se mostrou inútil já que por conta de sua incompetência tive que começar tudo de novo!
The first service was exemplary, employees well informed, they knew what to do. The fiasco was at the cashier, at the time of withdrawing the money, an arrogant, unprepared employee who in the end proved useless since because of her incompetence I had to start all over again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiro atendimento demorou, não sabiam como resolver meu problema, pediram contato pra ligar depois que entendessem como resolver o meu problema. Enfim ligaram e resolveram. Me informaram que na segunda vez eu poderia ir direto no caixa com documento original com foto que eles me pagariam normalmente. Então, fui novamente, munido do que me pediram, quando fui atendido me disseram uma informação totalmente diferente do que da primeira vez e que eu deveria pegar mais uma fila pra depois voltar no caixa, sendo que eu já tinha um comprovante de emissão do meu pagamento.
A atendente não se deu ao luxo nem de procurar meu cadastro no sistema.
Esse povo adora fazer a gente de idiota.
First service took a while, they didn't know how to solve my problem, they asked for contact to call after they understood how to solve my problem. Anyway called and resolved. They informed me that the second time I could go straight to the cashier with an original photo ID that they would normally pay me. So, I went again, armed with what I was asked for, when I was answered they told me a totally different information than the first time and that I should take another line and then return to the cashier, since I already had a proof of issue of my payment.
The attendant did not even have the luxury of looking for my registration in the system.
These people love to make people stupid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido, demora normal devido a burocracia da Caixa, mas a equipe de triagem, caixa e mesa de atendimento está de parabéns.
Lembrando que a agência fica ao lado da UPH da Zona Oeste, a unidade que ficava próxima ao Hospital Evangélico foi transferida.
