mas os problemas administrativos, solicitações internas são péssimos!!
deixa a desejar! ligo a semana inteira, e não resolvo nada, nunca consigo falar no setor responsável " o gerente ñ se encontra" " o gerente esta de licença" mas não tem outra pessoa pra resolver?! por exemplo eu moro em outro estado, mas a minha AG. é da Ba - Euclides e em senário de pandemia o recomendado é evitar aglomerações sendo recomendado atendimento por: telefones, e-mails, sites etc mas não colaboram... DESCASO!!!

but the administrative problems, internal requests are terrible !!
falls short! I call the whole week, and I don't solve anything, I can never speak in the responsible sector "the manager is not there" "the manager is on leave" but there is no other person to solve it ?! for example I live in another state, but my AG. is from Ba - Euclides and in a pandemic scenario the recommended is to avoid agglomerations, being recommended service by: phones, e-mails, websites etc but they do not collaborate ... RESTRAINT !!!
