Horrible service ... I'm in the queue this 10:00 and there are still 10 people in front of me. Disrespect for FGTS people ... it's 11:44. I never come to this agency again, I decided the other times at the Centro Petrópolis agency ... only that unfortunately I live in Itaipava.
