★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O tempero é muito bom e o preço é justo. Porém, quem preparou a caldeirada de frutos do mar, não sabe bem como cozinhar o polvo e a lula. Ficaram borrachudos. Sugiro que procurem conhecer um pouco mais como cozer esses ingredientes. Uma dica: procurem artigos que falem sobre tempo de cocção desses ingredientes e sobre a regra dos 5 ou 50 minutos. No mais, acho que valeu a pena.
The seasoning is very good and the price is right. However, whoever prepared the seafood stew does not really know how to cook the octopus and squid. They got rubbery. I suggest you try to learn a little more about how to cook these ingredients. A tip: look for articles that talk about cooking time for these ingredients and the 5 or 50 minute rule. O Salpicão também estava com gosto estranho. Gastamos 105,00 e comemos pouco. Não é barato. Cuidado com o que for comer neste lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desculpe a crítica construtiva, mas deveria existir, ou se existe, um gerente que inspecione todos as louças e talheres do restaurante, já que presenciei um cheiro de murrinha no prato, vale ressaltar que tal cheiro pode estar passando pelo pano de prato que está úmido, e que seca os pratos. O banheiro também precisa estar ao nível do preço do quilo da comida, mais de 70 reais. Sugestão, de um preço sem carne mais barato, que não foi me oferecido. Também a rapidez em que os funcionários tem em retirar os pratos da mesa, sem que os clientes deixem de lado, deixam os fregueses constrangidos.

Also the speed with which the employees have to remove the dishes from the table, without the customers leaving aside, makes customers uncomfortable.

O que eu acho mais absurdo é acontece todos os dias, deixarem o telefone fora do gancho para não receberem mais pedidos, ou seja, o proprietário perde várias encomendas. Fui mal atendido pela funcionária Magali, pois pegou meu pedido e não entregou. Sendo que tinha meu nome endereço. Quase que no lado do restaurante. Deixei de receber o pedido no dia 16/04/22. Falta de respeito com o cliente. Consideração zero. Atendimento ruim. Só acontece bom atendimento presencial por parte dos garçons. Pois no caixa quem fica não sabe se fala com quem quer pagar ou fica em conversas paralelas. Falta treinamento de disciplina para os funcionários.
