★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre tenho péssima visão dos funcionários da caixa econômica federal , mas dá agência 964 Praia Grande são os piores do Brasil. Indignada com a falta de respeito com o cliente, as pessoas são ignoradas, funcionários sem vontade de trabalhar. Deveriam trocar de emprego , pq só vivem infeliz de mau humor.
I always have a bad view of the employees of the federal savings bank, but 964 Praia Grande branches are the worst in Brazil. Outraged by the lack of respect for the customer, people are ignored, employees unwilling to work. They should change jobs, because they only live unhappy in a bad mood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento pra qualquer coisa no mínimo 2 a 3 horas, isto se quando vc chegar tiver funcionando pq fecha e está sem sistema e rotina
Service for anything at least 2 to 3 hours, that is if when you arrive it is working because it closes and there is no system and routine

Atendente do lado de fora, extremamente arrogante e ignorante assim como os seguranças que foram até agressivos verbalmente com uma senhora de idade. provavelmente na casa dos 70 anos.
Impossível ir sem querer passar estresse. Falta treinamento e humanidade.
Giving only one star because it is not possible to rate without any. I attended the institution on the 8th of March at 1:30 pm.
Outside attendant, extremely arrogant and ignorant as were the security guards who were even verbally aggressive with an old lady. probably in their 70s.
Impossible to go without wanting to be stressed. Training and humanity are lacking.

Terrible service and very time consuming. Bad management during lunch hours of employees, many empty counters without service. Two hours to be served, improve this as quickly as possible.
