Poderia ter dito que não tinha encontrado em seu carro, contudo o Sr. Marcos, de forma honesta, devolveu o celular. Parabéns pela honestidade! Que sirva de exemplo para todos os motoristas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável o que acontece com os taxistas desta cooperativa : chegamos a Recife para nos hospedar em uma pousada na Boa Vista. No percurso, o taxista falou tao mal da pousada..., que receosos, acabamos por "aceitar" a sugestão de hospedagem que o "gentil" taxista nos deu. Ficamos numa pousada que a "fachada" ou a aparencia em geral do prédio, era boa. Porém os serviços e o local, muitos ruins. Na manha do dia seguinte, na recepção, pudemos constatar o MESMO taxista recebendo COMISSÃO do recepcionista da pousada por ter trazido outros hóspedes. Fomos falar com os hóspedes novos, e eles também tinham outra pousada em mente e foram "praticamente coagidos" a se hospedarem em local diferente. Saímos desta pousada e resolvemos procurar a pousada que de inicio tínhamos reservado. Resultado: o taxista MENTIU, não era nada do que ele havia nos dito !!, enfim, terminamos nossa viagem com ótimas lembranças da cidade e da pousada da Boa Vista a qual decidimos por ficar, e péssima impressão do quartel montado pelos taxistas locais.

We went to talk to new guests, and they also had another hostel in mind and were "practically coerced" to stay in a different place. We left this hostel and decided to look for the hostel we had originally booked. Result: the taxi driver LIE, was nothing he had told us !!, finally, we ended our trip with great memories of the city and the Pousada da Boa Vista which we decided to stay, and bad impression of the barracks set up by local taxi drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não viajo mais nesses taxi . Era cliente fiel . Sou uma senhora e nas duas ultimas vezes carregando malas pesadas, pedi pra entrarem no pilotis do predio o que foi negado pelos motoristas. Me deixaram na calçada tarde da noite tendo que subir uma rampa . Voce pega um taxi com uma tarifa bem mais cara para ter um serviço diferenciado e recebe esse tipo de tratamento. E aí vem o Uber com outro serviço . Nao adianta baratear tarifa. Tem que melhorar o serviço . Agora, pra mim não adianta mais.
