★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível como sempre se tratando da caixa, ficaram de me ligar para dar uma resposta sobre minha solicitação já faz 2 semana e nem noticia, ligo para o numero da agencia ninguém atende, como já era de se esperar péssimo atendimento como sempre foi. pessoalmente esperei 5 horas para um atendimento de 2min
Horrible service as always in the case of the cashier, they had to call me to give an answer about my request it's been 2 weeks and I don't even notice, I call the branch number, no one answers, as was to be expected, terrible service as it always was. I personally waited 5 hours for a 2min service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, as pessoas que atendem não sabem resolver coisas simples e mandam você fazer as coisas pelo aplicativo que não presta. Sem contar o tempo de espera que é absurdo.
Terrible service, the people who attend don't know how to solve simple things and tell you to do things through the app that sucks. Not to mention the waiting time which is absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, um segurança me gritou me tratou mal , alguns funcionários não trata bem os clientes , acha que estão falando com um monte de gente pessoas sem conhecimento dos seus direitos. Por mim , e por várias outras pessoas que já foram mau atendidas , já deveriam ter fechado.
Terrible service, a security guard yelled at me, treated me badly, some employees don't treat customers well, they think they are talking to a lot of people, people without knowledge of their rights. For me, and for several other people who have already been poorly attended, they should have closed.
