Sempre muito mal educada, e se recusa a ajudar já fui várias vezes saber do pis e ela não me explica direito já perdi a hora do meu almoço só pra tirar algumas dúvidas e quando chega a minha vez ela não me atende direito, perguntei a ela se tinha como olhar se tenho direito ao pis, pois já tinha perguntado em outras agências e ela se recusa e fala que o sistema não atualizou...
Se a senhora não está satisfeita deixe quem queira trabalhar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo esta agência para empresas. A gerência para contas jurídicas é péssima, despreparada e sem o menor interesse em auxiliar o empreendedor. O banco faz propagandas onde se diz incentivador, porém na prática fazem o papel contrário. Caso sua empresa precise de algum suporte só te oferecerão se a conta movimentar grandes quantias. O Internet Banking é limitadíssimo e cheio de falhas, mesmo após as mudanças que fizeram.
Nesta agência não há respeito ao pequeno empreendedor, mesmo neste delicado momento de crise que o país atravessa. Talves porque o banco se interesse apenas em fazer parcerias com empresas como a JBS.
Péssimo. Prezado colega empreendedor, procure qualquer outro banco, pois neste você sofrerá imensas decepções.
I do not recommend this agency for companies. The management for legal accounts is terrible, unprepared and without any interest in helping the entrepreneur. The bank does advertisements where it says it encourages, but in practice they play the opposite role. If your company needs some support, they will only offer you if the account moves large amounts. Internet Banking is very limited and full of flaws, even after the changes they made.
In this agency there is no respect for the small entrepreneur, even in this delicate moment of crisis that the country is going through. Maybe because the bank is only interested in partnering with companies like JBS.
Terrible. Dear fellow entrepreneur, look for any other bank, because in this one you will suffer immense disappointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência bem localizada, O gerente é excelente no atendimento, mas o rapaz do atendimento FGTS/PIS é extremamente estressado e arrogante. Atende muito mal. Não tem a menor paciência com os clientes. CEF deveria dar treinamento específico a alguns funcionários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A moça que trabalha nos caixas eletrônicos é super prestativa, mas a demora lá dentro é surreal, fui 3 vezes pra atualizar uma conta e a espera foi mais de 2hs, fui atendida mas quem atendeu não deve saber o q estava fazendo. Parecem todos amadores.
The girl who works at the ATMs is super helpful, but the delay inside is surreal, I went 3 times to update an account and the wait was more than 2 hours, I was answered but whoever answered it must not know what I was doing. They all look like amateurs.
