★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, alguns atendentes fazendo pouco caso, minha mãe pediu ajuda e a atendente deixou ela esperando e foi fazer outra coisa, fomos perguntar pro segurança mau humorado e pediu pra esperar e nem fez questão de ir chamar alguém, não volto mais nessa Caixa. Acabou por eu mesmo depois de fuçar muito no caixa eletronico e conseguir resolver o caso dela. Lamentável.
Too bad, some attendants making little case, my mother asked for help and the attendant left her waiting and went to do something else, we went to ask the security guard in a bad mood and asked to wait and didn't even make a point of going to call someone, I'm not coming back to this box anymore. It ended up on my own after digging through the ATM a lot and managing to solve her case. Unfortunate.
