★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa instituição não existe. Impossível um empresa pública se degradar tão rápido! Horário de atendimento de nada vale quando o atendimento é feito por fichas entregues as 07:00h da manhã! Para piorar, os serviços online de nada servem para solução de problemas mais complexos.
 There is no such institution. It is impossible for a public company to degrade so quickly! Service hours are worthless when service is done by tokens delivered at 07:00 in the morning! To make matters worse, online services are of no use in solving more complex problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei de 7 horas fui atendido de 11:30, falta de respeito com os clientes, 4 horas e meia no SOLLL. Eu e minha família estamos migrando para outro banco esse é uma vergonha.
