★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, agência da ponte são João Jundiaí. Funcionários inexperientes e grosseiros. Demorei mais de duas horas só para sacar meu PIS. Fazem descaso da gente. Usam a desculpa da pandemia para atender com demora, funcionários com tempo ocioso.
 Too bad, bridge Agency St. John Jundiaí. inexperienced and rude staff. It took me over two hours just to draw my PIS. They neglect us. They use the pandemic to meet excuse to delay staff with downtime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, demorado,fazem de tudo pra não resolver sua solicitação, fui várias vezes nessa agência e nunca resolve nada. Sem palavras pra descrever a insatisfação com o gerente dessa agência que na última vez em que estive aqui não atendeu minha solicitação. Meu cartão expirou e preciso fazer transferência ou saque e ele disse que só 100,00 reais se tiver senha ou só na minha agência, se minha agência fosse no norte do pais??? Eu teria que andar 4000 km ???? Sou titular da conta, estou com todos os meus documentos, tenho senha do aplicativo agora tive que sair da agência com as mãos abanando sendo que tenho dinheiro, pode ser pouco ou quase nada mas é meu. Vou reclamar no SAC e fazer banco central pois descordo sistematicamente desse tipo de atendimento de um banco grande como a caixa.
Formalizei a insatisfação junto ao SAC que me deu 5 dias úteis para resolução de minha solicitação, porem como não poderia esperar todo esse tempo fui a minha agência em outra cidade perdi metade do dia e horas de trabalho pois a agência só abre às 10:00, o SAC retornou muito prontamente e orientou retornar a agência citada, mas eu já havia resolvido na minha agência na outra cidade, espero não precisar mais ir nessa agência da Ponte,
Bad service, time consuming, they do everything to not resolve your request, I went to this agency several times and never solves anything. My card has expired and I need to make a transfer or withdrawal and he said that only 100.00 reais if you have a password or only at my branch, if my branch was in the north of the country ??? Would I have to walk 4000 km ???? I am an account holder, I have all my documents, I have the application password now I had to leave the agency with empty hands and I have money, it may be little or almost nothing but it is mine. I will complain to the SAC and make a central bank because I systematically disagree with this type of service from a large bank like the cashier.
I formalized the dissatisfaction with the SAC that gave me 5 working days to resolve my request, but as I couldn't wait all this time I went to my agency in another city I lost half the day and hours of work because the agency only opens at 10:00 , SAC returned very promptly and instructed to return to the aforementioned agency, but I had already decided on my agency in the other city, I hope I don't need to go to that Ponte agency anymore,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em São Paulo, fui sacar meu benefício do auxílio emergencial na caixa da minha região no dia 21/05/20 , e lá foi informado que meu benefício foi sacado nessa agência em Jundiaí no mesmo dia as 07:14 . Liguei e a pessoa que me atendeu me tratou com descaso. Perguntei se teriam como me auxiliar, se teriam como ter acesso as Câmeras e nada fizeram, falaram que não tem como me auxiliar. Que tudo que teria que ter feito fui informada na caixa de SP. Abri processo, fiz B.O e estou aguardando ainda sem respostas .
I live in São Paulo, I went to withdraw my emergency aid benefit at the cashier in my region on 05/21/20, and there it was informed that my benefit was withdrawn at that branch in Jundiaí on the same day at 07:14. I called and the person who answered me treated me neglectfully. Pois simplesmente não atendem . E quando atendem fazem de tudo pra desligar rápido e não faz o atendimento devido.
