★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento fiquei decepcionado como eu e minha esposa fomos tratados nessa agência, funcionários mais educados trata idosos como se fosse cachorro só porque a maioria são analfabetos não sebe quais são os seus direito, sem contar que por duas sextas feiras seguida falaram que estava sem sistema, e em uma delas os funcionários estavam comendo bolo em pleno horário de trabalho logo após questionar com um dos gerentes o atendimento prosseguiu, ou seja mentira não estava sem sistema coisa nem uma,,só comerciantes conhecidos na cidade, são atendidos não pega fila basta chegar pra ser chamados enquanto os outros amarga longas horas de espera
Poor service I was disappointed as my wife and I were treated at this agency, more polite staff treats seniors like dogs just because most are illiterate don't know what their right is, not to mention that for two Fridays in a row they said they had no system , and in one of them the employees were eating cake at work right after questioning with one of the managers the attendance continued, ie lie was not without system or anything, only known merchants in the city, are served not enough queue arrive to be called while others bitter long hours of waiting
