★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sempre quando vou só 3 ou 2 caixas funcionam é se tornam filas grandes e nem se fala quando chega a vez e o caixa para e as vezes da pra ver os funcionários por traz.....
Whenever I go, only 3 or 2 boxes work, they become long lines and we don’t even speak when the time comes and the cashier stops and sometimes we can see the employees behind .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando preciso ir a agência sempre está lotada,atendimento demora demais,tem poucos atendentes para a demanda de usuários e as filas são enormes. Faço o possível para não ir até a agência, porque é sempre um transtorno.
When I have to go, the agency is always full, service takes too long, there are few attendants for user demand and the lines are huge. I do my best not to go to the agency because it's always a nuisance.

Uma agência onde os funcionários não querem realizar tarefas próprio da instituição, como por exemplo abertura de conta poupança, praticamente te empurram para as lotéricas. Vive super lotada e os caixas de autoatendimento sempre estão fora do ar ou sem dinheiro. Isso tem se tornado um padrão da instituição.
